I was diagnosed with a huge dermoid cyst in my right ovary. I was advised to have surgery to remove it immediately because, I was told, there was a risk of ovarian cancer, which could be fatal.

Since I do not believe in these radical solutions without considering other approaches, and as I was already receiving reflexology sessions I informed my reflexologist of my diagnosed condition and decided to have reflexology sessions more frequently.

When I had a second ultrasound on the advice of my gynecologist, I was delighted when I learned that the dermoid was completely gone - there was no trace of it!

Since I did not have any other form of treatment, I have concluded that it was the reflexology sessions that were responsible for my remarkable healing.

I've had chronic injuries from an accident 8 years ago that involved my knees, hips, neck, back and shoulders.

Usually when it comes to following instructional material we both tend to freeze up, and either end up not getting the most out of the material, or it becomes too much trouble and we give up on it.

This DVD is possibly the easiest instructional DVD to follow I have ever worked with. Being easy to follow, we are both enjoying the learning experience and we are deriving much benefit from our practice sessions.
